Role Overview:

Finance & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers in
Tally ERP
.
Handle petty cash, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
Assist in bank reconciliation, journal entries, and monthly closing activities.
Support the finance team in preparing reports and maintaining financial records.

Payroll & Compliance

Assist in processing employee payroll and maintaining attendance data.
Prepare salary statements and handle basic statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, TDS).

Administration

Manage office administration including stationery, vendor coordination, and facility support.
Maintain documentation, filing, and record-keeping of finance and administrative operations.
Support HR in onboarding formalities and basic employee coordination tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in
Commerce / Finance / Accounting
or equivalent.
strong knowldge in Finance and Admin operations.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Experience in vendor and office management.
