Role Overview

• We are looking for a

  qualified finance professional

  to manage

  accounting, financial reporting, and compliance

  across

  both public and private market investment activities

  .
• The ideal candidate is a

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  or

  MBA in Finance

  , with experience handling

  investment-related accounting, statutory compliances, and financial reporting

  .

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain

  books of accounts

  for Brion Enterprises LLP
• Record and reconcile

  public market transactions

  (trading & investments)
• Account for

  private market investments

  (equity, structured instruments, etc.)
• Prepare

  monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Compliance & Statutory Filings

• Manage

  GST compliance

  and filings
• Handle

  TDS calculations and returns

• Support

  year-end closing and statutory audits

• Coordinate with

  auditors, CA firms, banks, and consultants

Investment & Management Support

• Track

  investment-level accounting

  and performance
• Maintain proper

  documentation and audit trails

• Assist management with

  financial analysis and reporting

• Support internal

  controls and governance processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  – Preferred

  OR MBA in Finance

  from a reputed institute

Experience

• 2–6 years of experience

  in:
• Accounting / finance roles
• Financial services, investment firms, or CA firms
• Exposure to:

• Public market investments / trading

• Private market investments

  (preferred)

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

  Indian accounting standards and compliances

• Proficiency in

  Tally / accounting software

• Strong

  Excel and financial reporting skills

• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to handle

  confidential financial data
