Finance & Accounts Manager

As the Finance & Accounts Manager at IcconX, you will play a crucial role in establishing robust financial practices for a rapidly expanding D2C lifestyle brand. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining investor-ready financial reports, and providing strategic insights to support the company's growth towards achieving revenues exceeding 100 Crores. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Compliance** - Maintain accurate financial records using Tally/Zoho. - Handle GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory filings promptly. - Conduct regular reconciliations with vendors and customers. - **Financial Control** - Monitor bank transactions, cash flows, and perform reconciliations effectively. - **Management Reporting (MIS)** - Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. - Monitor key performance indicators such as Gross Margin, Marketing ROI, and Working Capital. - Assist founders by creating investor-ready dashboards. - **Budgeting & Forecasting** - Monitor departmental expenses against budgets. - Assist in quarterly forecasting aligned with sales growth targets. - Identify and address cost overruns and variances proactively. - **Working Capital & Inventory Finance** - Track inventory cycles efficiently. - Recommend financing options like short-term Working Capital loans and vendor credits. - Monitor funding requirements based on the company's growth trajectory. **Qualifications:** - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred. - 3-6 years of experience in accounting & finance. - Exposure to D2C/e-commerce/startup environment is advantageous. - Proficient in GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards. - Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, and Excel. In addition, you will have the opportunity to grow within IcconX: - **Foundation Stage:** Initially focus on hands-on accounting, compliance, and MIS. - **Growth Stage:** Progress to overseeing a finance team, engaging with auditors and investors. - **Scale Stage:** Potential to advance into a Head of Finance or Controller role as IcconX scales beyond 100 Crores.
