Affiliate programs Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, launch, and manage affiliate programs across platforms.

* Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and ensure timely communication.

* Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

* Work closely with marketing and content teams to align offers and creatives.

* Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and timely payouts to partners.

* Stay updated with affiliate trends, tools, and platforms.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

* 1–3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or related roles.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.

* ⁠Ability to pick up the phone and reach out to people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,833.06 - ₹43,284.16 per month
