Finance & Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for various accounting and compliance tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing tax filings, and maintaining internal controls. Additionally, you will provide support for global operations, expense management, statutory compliance, import/export transactions, and purchase/sales orders. You will also assist in audits, reporting, and consolidation activities. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately. - Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and internal controls. - Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings with precision. - Support transfer pricing compliance and maintain related documentation. - Assist with group account consolidation for global reporting. - Maintain a clean expense ecosystem by recording, monitoring, and reconciling company spends. - Handle reimbursements and ensure expenses align with internal budgets and policies. - Stay updated on all Indian statutory requirements and file returns and reports on time. - Manage Bill of Entry (BOE) and ORM mapping for import/export transactions. - Create and track purchase and sales orders with accuracy. - Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. - Support statutory and internal audits, prepare MIS reports, and maintain audit-ready records. **Qualifications:** - Education: Masters degree in Accounting or Finance. - Bonus points: Semi CA / MBA/ CMA qualification. - Experience: 3-5 years in Accounting & Finance (including articleship). Startup experience is a plus. **Knowledge:** - Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements. - Familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous. **Skills:** - Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Office Suite. - Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.,
