About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Lead -Hospitality Sector to oversee the complete financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and finance, preferably within the hospitality sector, and the ability to ensure compliance, manage budgets, and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other regulations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis, variance studies, and cash flow management.
• Handle tax filing and ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Use Tally ERP for daily accounting and financial reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and financial standards.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance operations.
• Familiarity with CRM or advanced accounting software.
