Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry in Tally for sales booked in Software
Perform daily revenue & sales reconciliations (between sales invoices generated in software and receipts in bank).
Monthly sales closing with all Merchant or Studio Sale Vendors.
Check and maintain petty cash expenses.
Assist in preparing monthly TDS statements.
Assist in preparing and maintaining Professional Tax monthly payments.
Assist in preparing monthly GST returns.
Perform Bank Reconciliations on a regular basis.
Support in overseeing all company compliances (regulatory and internal requirements).

Requirements:

Graduate in Finance / Accounting / Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Both freshers and experienced candidates with a financial background can apply.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of reconciliation and compliance processes.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
