Finance Accounting Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with GST and taxation laws, managing statutory requirements, and finalizing financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. - Managing ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial data analysis. - Implementing robust internal controls and streamlining financial processes to enhance efficiency and safeguard assets. In terms of GST, Taxation & Compliance, the Finance Manager will: - Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and ensure timely tax compliance. - Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including TDS, Income Tax, and audits. - Stay updated with tax laws and regulatory changes to ensure business compliance. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for: - Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as ROC, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc. - Coordinating with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and financial reviews. - Preparing audit reports, financial documentation, and responding to auditor queries. Furthermore, the Finance Manager will be required to: - Prepare and finalize financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and compliance. - Provide financial insights and support management. Education & Experience: - CA with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in an audit firm and organization (excluding article ship). Skills Required: - Strong expertise in GST, TDS, taxation laws, and financial reporting. - Experience in finalizing financial statements and statutory compliance. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.,
