Finance & Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing reporting, and providing strategic support for business growth. Your role will require strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management. - Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.). - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. - Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems. - Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. - Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Finance & Account Manager or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. - Familiarity with financial software and MS Office. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) will be a plus. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent. The work location is in person.
