Finance & Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Finance & Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing reporting, and providing strategic support for business growth. Your role requires strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management. - Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.). - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. - Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems. - Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. - Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Proven experience as a Finance & Account Manager or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
