Fin Solutions Group Manager

**Job Description:** As the Fin Solutions Group Manager, you will be accountable for managing complex, critical, and large professional disciplinary areas. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the function's objectives. Your role will involve applying an in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions, along with a strong commercial awareness. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions, with excellent communication skills needed for internal negotiation, often at a senior level. Additionally, you will exercise control over resources, policy formulation, and planning, primarily affecting a sub-function. Your responsibilities will include short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for your area, as well as full management responsibility for a team or multiple teams, including people management, budget planning, performance evaluation, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage in the evaluation and transition to advanced modeling tools, languages, and flexible/interactive modeling environments. - Contribute to the global implementation of common data and data standards, processes, and integrated technology platforms. - Provide guidance and oversight on all aspects of Ruby development, implementation, and maintenance. - Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, develop contingency plans, and ensure business continuity. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability. - Lead organizational change initiatives and manage transitions to new processes and technologies. - Conduct quality assurance throughout the project to ensure deliverables meet required standards. - Develop and implement a strategy for onboarding new models into the Ruby platform. - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties as necessary. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a background in modeling processes. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. - Understanding of fundamental Balance Sheet and P&L concepts. - Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Intercompany processes. - Familiarity with Citigroup Financial Systems (PEARL/GENESIS/RUBY, etc.). - Experience with programming/modeling using Python, Java, SAS, or other languages is a plus. - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver appropriate detail to various audiences. - Proficiency in presentation development using PowerPoint and Excel. - Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, PTS, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. **Education:** - Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree *Note: Other sections such as "Most Relevant Skills", "Other Relevant Skills", "Job Family Group", "Job Family", and "Time Type" have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job description.*,
