Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer with strong expertise in designing user-centric web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences that align with brand guidelines and product goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Design modern, responsive UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent.

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve design effectiveness.

● Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure brand consistency.

● Work hand-in-hand with the development team to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and clear implementation guidelines.

● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices to continuously enhance user experience.

● Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability across different devices and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

● Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and collaboration tools.

● Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

● Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

● Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.

● Knowledge of design systems, atomic design methodology, and responsive design.

● Experience working with developers and understanding front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React component structure) for design handoff.

● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level products.

● Understanding of user research methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.

● Familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle.

● Knowledge of UX writing and information architecture (IA) principles.

● Ability to create interactive prototypes and motion design animations for enhanced user experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
