FieldAssist - Lead Project Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Project Head and Project Coordinator to understand client roadmaps, requirements, and business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for clarity and alignment.
• Manage internal stakeholders, including Product and QA teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of new products and features, including pilot programs, success metric definitions, and performance tracking.
• Monitor client health and satisfaction through weekly GTMs, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), feature stability tracking, and consistent communication follow-ups.
• Gain deep understanding of product and client databases to ensure smooth integrations and data management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in API use cases, debugging tools like Postman and Console, and facilitate integration discussions with clients.
  

Who Were Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical expertise to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in API integration concepts and SQL queries.
• Commercial acumen with knowledge of financial implications of project delivery.
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring team members, and driving professional development
