Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, disciplined, and technically capable engineer to support field operations and coordination activities in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, customer follow-ups, vendor and client coordination, and ensuring proper documentation and support for ongoing technical cases , particularly for defense clients based in Pune.

The role demands high energy, learning ability, professionalism, and a good understanding of technical processes. This is not a desk role field movement across Pune is a core part of the profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Field coordination with clients and vendors across Pune for meetings, follow-ups, and demos
• Serve as local point-of-contact for Pune-based clients
• Track and manage technical discussions, updates, and escalations from site visits
• Assist in technical documentation, reporting, and client correspondence
• Coordinate internally with Mumbai head office team to update progress, escalate issues, and align tasks
• Manage basic admin and field-level documentation, project reporting, and checklists
• Understand product-level technical details to explain or clarify in meetings or follow-ups
• Support pre-sales or post-sales technical activities as assigned

Required Skills & Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of field or technical coordination experience preferred
• Must be based in Pune and open to traveling across the city for work
• Ability to understand technical documentation, product specifications, and client requirements
• Good communication and email writing skills in English and Hindi
• Strong follow-up mindset, timely reporting, and team coordination skills
• Comfortable with learning new technologies, products, and procedures
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and report writing
