About the Role:

As a Field Supervisor, daily site visit and quality monitoring of RDSS works executed/to be executed in various areas of Jaipur & Jodhpur. Project Monitoring of RDSS works in Rajasthan. Quality Assurance. Co-ordination with implementing agency/turnkey contractor and DISCOM to monitor the supply chain of materials and with various stake holders and Mercados for smooth and successful completion of the project Identification of anticipated bottlenecks in project implementation & preparation of remedial action plan.

List down the detailed set of expectations from the role:

• Preparation of MIS report on daily basis.
• Project quality monitoring of power distribution works in Rajasthan.
• Supervising / implementation of RDSS works in Rajasthan as Field Supervisor.
• Assist in Preparation of DPR for power distribution works.
• Assist in Review and finalization of technical specification.
• Follow the GTP, Technical specifications, drawings, of equipment to be installed, Civil & electrical design layouts (If required) and ensure the work as per the standards.
• Quality monitoring & Assurance
• Co-ordination with implementing agency/turnkey contractor and DISCOM to monitor the supply chain of materials.
• Maintenance of MIS related to the project, progress reports and details required for Results Evaluation Framework.
• Identification of anticipated bottlenecks in project implementation & preparation of remedial action plan.
• Coordination and reporting to various stakeholders including MoP and Nodal agencies.
• Fund flow management and recommend the claim of DISCOM for fund release.
• Coordination with Client and Mercados Head Office.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships within existing accounts.
• Monitoring the complete execution of the work and works related to cloud infrastructure.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of the progress of works.
• Regular visits to utility offices/executing agency offices and follow up for the progress and collection of required documents.
• Participating in the meetings called by the clients.
• Ensure smooth execution and closure of the project.

Required skill set

At least 2 years of experience in power distribution sector - Experience in IT sector and preferably in area of UDAY/DDUGJY/R-APDRP/ IPDS/ Saubhagya/ Rural Electrification / Loss Reduction/ System Strengthening etc. Handling field quality issues, third party inspection of projects in area of UDAY/DDUGJY/R-APDRP/IPDS/ Saubhagya/ Rural Electrification/Loss Reduction/System Strengthening etc.

Education and Experience

B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/IT/ MCA/Computer Science
