We are recruiting for a Consultant in the Corporate Finance - Complex Securities Valuation team. In this role, you will be expected to:
Value complex securities and equity-based compensation for tax and financial reporting purposes using Monte Carlo simulation and other quantitative techniques
Assist with valuing complex financial instruments and arrangements such as contingent consideration, warrants, convertible debt and structured products using financial models such as binomial lattice and Black-Scholes models
— Analyze equity and debt financial market data and history using time series analysis, multivariate statistics, and other quantitative techniques
— Review agreements, loan documents, and market research in order to capture salient points to be used for financial modeling purposes
— Responsible for execution of end-to-end engagements, perform audit reviews and appraising third-party valuation reports
— Be responsible for the high-quality timely delivery of projects
— Build strong brand equity with onshore stakeholders
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in valuation roles
— Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, statistical sampling, valuation calculations, and data manipulation
— Experience with Monte Carlo simulation, Least Squares Monte Carlo, Lattice models preferred
— Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate MS Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
— Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
