Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer at Vision Air Technologies | Air Compressor, located in Surat. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field services, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Field Services Engineer will be expected to maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with both customers and the engineering team to resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Field Service, including installation, repair, and maintenance Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Experience in conducting Preventive Maintenance Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred Experience with air compressors or related machinery is a plus Willingness to travel as needed for on-site services Show more Show less
