Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Field Services Engineer located in Pune. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include inspecting and repairing equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and responding promptly to service requests.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Should have knowledge of electronics
• Knowledge of medical devices is a plus
