Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing battery swapping stations and related equipment. Daily tasks include performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency, responding to service calls, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Proficient in electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Maintenance and repair skills: Experience with equipment maintenance and repair, especially in the EV sector
• Communication skills: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Safety and efficiency: A strong focus on safety protocols and efficient service delivery
• Relevant certifications: Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Kolkata metropolitan area
