Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician / Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair UPS systems, batteries, and other electrical/electronic equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical equipment. Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site or in the workshop. Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks as per schedule. Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and safety. Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and job updates. Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for each visit. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards. Support in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting new installations. Qualifications and Skills: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in field service or maintenance (UPS / Power / Electrical Systems preferred). Strong understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations. Possession of a valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
