Manager (Solar)

As an Asset Management professional at our company, your role will involve managing ground mounted and rooftop solar PV plants. You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance metrics such as PR, CUF, Plant Availability, and Grid Availability. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing annual site budgets, conducting budget controls, and creating operations review presentations for various project reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Asset Management of ground mounted and rooftop solar PV plants - Monitoring plant performance indicators such as PR, CUF, and Plant Availability - Preparation of annual site budget and budget control - Creation of operations review presentations for project reviews - Generating MIS reports including Generation report, Low Generation Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis - Coordinating with site O&M team for activities such as preventive maintenance and breakdowns - Evaluating and optimizing O&M cost and productivity - Ensuring timely submission of vendor bills/invoices and client collections - Managing contracts, tracking SLA adherence, and overseeing spares management and procurement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience In this role, you will collaborate with external stakeholders such as Power Purchasers, Private Clients, SLDCs, and State level Nodal Agencies, as well as internal stakeholders including Management, Site-in-Charge, Plant Teams, and Accounts & Finance.
