Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Supervisor based in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include coordinating and supervising field service operations, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee a team, provide technical guidance, and ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills to proficiently manage and guide field service teams.
• Experience in field service operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Knowledge of construction or mining equipment and related technical expertise is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is an advantage.
