Roles and Responsibilities

Giving Product Demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective use & provide a Delightful Customer Experience.
Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
Record service activities, parts used, and time spent; provide reports to internal teams or customers.
Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams.
Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (NO Targets)

Required Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Robotics Engineering
Good Communication Skills: English & Local Regional Language
