Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer catering to Industrial Applications segment serving predominantly the pharmaceutical & food manufacturing companies located in Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Eastern part of India. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis. Qualifications 4 years of experience Field Service and Technical Support skills Experience with Flow Cytometry is a plus Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance expertise Strong Customer Service abilities Hands-on experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry Degree in Engineering in Biomedical or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Show more Show less
