Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, your role will involve installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Your technical background, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach will be key to excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Install, calibrate, and demonstrate various medical equipment such as ECG machines, CPAP/BiPAP, and patient monitors - Diagnose and repair equipment faults onsite, or liaise with manufacturers for support when necessary - Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule (PMC/CMC/AMC) - Provide basic training to users on equipment operation - Keep detailed service records, visit logs, and customer feedback - Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to ensure seamless operations - Ensure timely service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Travel frequently within Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh for on-site visits Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field - Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply - Proficient in troubleshooting and hands-on experience with medical devices - Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities - Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation - Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently In addition to the job specifics, you can look forward to: - Competitive salary and travel allowances - On-the-job training with top industry brands - Mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals - Opportunities for career advancement in the dynamic healthcare sector - Supportive work culture with a focus on continuous learning and development Note: Job Types include Full-time, Permanent, and Fresher.
