Field Service Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and service a range of medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Installation, calibration, and demonstration of medical equipment (e.g., ECG machines, CPAP/BiPAP, patient monitors) Diagnose and repair faults onsite or coordinate with manufacturers if needed Perform preventive maintenance (PMC/CMC/AMC) as per schedule Provide basic training to users on handling the equipment Maintain service records, visit logs, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal sales and service teams for smooth operations Ensure timely service delivery and uphold customer satisfaction Travel frequently within Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in field service (preferred); freshers with strong technical skills may apply Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with medical devices Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently What We Offer: Competitive salary and travel allowances On-the-job training with industry-leading brands Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic healthcare sector Supportive work culture with focus on learning and development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
