Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in solar systems installation, maintenance, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar inverters and photovoltaic (PV) systems, coupled with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation:
• Install new solar equipment including inverters and photovoltaic (PV) panels.
• Ensure proper grid connections and system integration.
• Maintenance & Repair:
• Conduct routine maintenance of solar inverters and PV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems and grid connections.
• Technical Support:
• Provide on-site and remote (phone-based) technical guidance to customers and installation partners.
• Assist clients with system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of solar inverters, PV systems, and their components.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and team members.
• Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with commitment to delivering excellent support.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in solar systems.
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or ITI.
• Mandatory: Prior solar industry experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
