This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, with some remote work permitted, for a Sr. Manager, Sales Recruitment. The Sr. Manager will oversee the recruitment strategy, manage the recruitment process, and ensure that the sales team of the company as well as our clients in Sales Advisory Services is staffed with highly competent professionals. The role involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, coordinating with different departments, and leveraging analytical insights to improve hiring practices. The recruiter should have an experience of hiring sales resources in the past.
