Field Sales Specialist

As a Sales & Operations Executive at Bunch, you will be responsible for a combination of in-store retail sales and operational duties. Your primary focus will be to drive sales at Natures Basket stores while ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Bunch business. In this role, you will be required to visit Natures Basket stores to actively promote Bunch products. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to assist them in selecting the appropriate products, educating them on the health benefits of Bunch dry fruits and snacks, and maintaining in-store stock visibility and planograms in accordance with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor daily sales performance, analyze insights, and report on them accordingly. Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to improve brand placement will also be a crucial aspect of your role. This position will initially require you to work 3 to 4 days a week in-store, with the possibility of transitioning to a daily schedule.
