Job Description

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Specialist at Aditi Tracking, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include proactively generating new sales opportunities, delivering product presentations, building client relationships, and staying updated on market trends. You will need to implement effective sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research. - Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster trust and retention. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets consistently. - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the assigned territory. - Provide actionable feedback to the company regarding client needs and market opportunities. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned region. - Align field efforts with the company's overall sales objectives to maximize results. - Collaborate with internal teams, including support and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales service for clients. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales. - Experience in the GPS or telematics industry is highly desirable. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle field activities effectively.,
