Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative at our company based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, sourcing new sales opportunities, and closing sales to achieve targets. Your role will be crucial in increasing income and revenue by acquiring new clients, generating leads, and managing the sales of products and services. **Responsibilities:** - Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods such as foot on street, cold calling, and presentations - Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness - Evaluate customers" skills, needs, and build long-lasting relationships - Meet personal and team sales targets - Interact with customers to explain product features, terms, and other relevant details - Research accounts, generate or follow through sales leads - Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments - Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data - Maintain and expand the client database - Enter activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or report to the team **Experience:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales **Requirements:** - Knowledge of IT Hardware & Software, Cloud Computing, Servers, Firewall, etc. - Must have own vehicle - BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech degree from reputed institutions - Good command of the Hindi/English language In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills, industry knowledge, and communication abilities to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success.,
