Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – SeatWash Company: Neo Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. About the Product We have developed SeatWash , a first-of-its-kind toilet seat cleaning machine designed specifically for sanitary shops, appliance retailers and related dealer networks. As this category is completely new in the market, the role requires someone who can educate dealers, create demand and drive strong field conversions. Role Overview This is a field-heavy position. You will spend around 80% of your time in the market, meeting dealers, giving product demos and closing sales. The role also includes handling and mentoring a team of 5–6 sales executives. Daily expectations are 8–10 meaningful meetings across Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily market visits and product demonstrations Acquire and manage sanitary shops, appliance retailers and distributors Lead, train and monitor a team of 5–6 junior sales executives Deliver daily reporting, market mapping and competitor insights Achieve monthly sales targets and drive consistent conversions Provide field feedback to the product and leadership teams Experience Requirements 2–5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Executive Mandatory experience in at least one of the following: – Cleaning machines– Sanitaryware– Home appliances Strong background in field sales; household door-to-door selling profiles will not be considered Skills Required Strong negotiation and closing abilities Proven team-handling capability Confident in conducting live product demos Excellent follow-up discipline and reporting habits Ability to work independently in a field-driven environment Compensation Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Disqualifiers Weak communication skills Reluctance to travel Inability to consistently deliver 8–10 meetings a day Location Delhi NCR Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: Sr. Sales Executive : 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
