Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Representative will actively engage with clients to promote and sell our luxury cosmetic products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product knowledge to customers and partners. Regular market research to stay updated with industry trends will also form a part of the role. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Sales and customer relationship management abilities Knowledge of the cosmetic or beauty industry is a strong advantage Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets Self-motivation and adaptability to a dynamic work environment Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
