Field Sales Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer (FSO) to drive home loan sales and disbursement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or corporate banking with expertise in sourcing and disbursing home loans through banks or NBFCs in the open market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and source potential customers for home loan products through open market activities, networking, and referrals.

· Meet customers to understand their loan requirements and explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.

· Collect, verify, and submit customer documents for loan processing and disbursement.

· Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets within defined timelines.

· Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank/NBFC policies throughout the loan process.

· Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing preferred).

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in home loan sales/disbursement with Banks/NBFCs.

· Strong understanding of retail loan products and credit evaluation process.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

· Good personality and presentation skills.

· Male candidates preferred for this role.
