Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in PAN INDIA. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business leads and build relationships with existing customers.

2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and market share expansion.

4. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve products/services.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.

6. Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in Medical equipment.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

7. Ability to travel frequently .
