Job Description

Handle field sales for construction equipment (Backhoe Loaders / Bull machines) in the kannur region
Identify and generate new leads from contractors, operators, builders, and fleet owners
Conduct site visits, product demos, and customer meetings
Explain product features, pricing, and financing options clearly to customers
Negotiate and close deals independently
Coordinate with service, finance, and operations teams for smooth delivery
Maintain customer relationships and follow up for repeat business
Track daily activities and submit basic sales reports
