As a Field Sales Representative at Aruva, you will play a vital role in expanding our subscription services in the Delhi NCR region. Your responsibilities will include: - **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** - Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. - **Client Management:** - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - **Sales Presentations:** - Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of Aruva's subscription services. - **Negotiation and Closing:** - Negotiate contracts and close sales, working closely with the sales manager and legal teams to ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial. - **Market Intelligence:** - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position Aruva's offerings. - **Reporting:** - Accurately forecast sales, track performance, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system. - **Collaboration:** - Work collaboratively with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through implementation. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any other specialization in business promotions. - 2-3 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Ability to travel within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
