Overview We're looking for an experienced and self-driven Social Media & Amazon Growth Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence and drive online sales. This is a strategic role focused on growing our audience, increasing conversions, and optimizing Amazon listings for maximum visibility and performance. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Work with the design team to guide visual direction and ensure brand consistency. Plan and manage high-impact content calendars, influencer collaborations, and campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics, reels reach, ad performance, and follower growth. Oversee and continuously optimize Amazon listings (titles, descriptions, A+ content, SEO, backend keywords). Coordinate with our Amazon team for inventory, ads, and promotions. Research trends and competitors to keep the brand ahead. --- Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy and/or Amazon marketplace management. Proven track record of growing social media accounts and improving Amazon sales. Strong understanding of content marketing, hooks, trends, and storytelling. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, keyword tools (like Helium 10), and listing optimization. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
