Leo Hi-Tech is hiring for the role of Field sales representative at multiple locations as below:


  1. Hamirpur/ Kangra - Himachal Pradesh
  2. Charki dadri - Haryana
  3. Haridwar - Uttarakhand
  4. Jaipur - Rajasthan
  5. Jabalpur - Madhya Pradesh



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting new customers, managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves following up on leads, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients.
  • Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activities.
  • Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with other departments.
  • Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Build long lasting client relationship.
  • Develop new sales strategies and models.



Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections from potential clients.
  • Self-motivated energy.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Record of achieving quotas.
  • Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables.
  • Minimum 2 years of crusher industry(preferred) or relevant industry field sales experience.
  • BBA/BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of different sales techniques & pipeline management.



Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Understanding of mining and construction equipment is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
