Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage leads from Nashik. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Marathi. This is an entry-level role. Responsibilities: Explore and implement strategies to increase sales and business opportunities. Calling prospective customers and travel to meet them personally Maintain regular follow-ups with both new and existing customers to nurture relationships. Generate, close leads, and handle follow-ups effectively. Understand customer requirements, find appropriate solutions, and offer the best options. Draft proposals, order confirmations, and send invoices to customers using ERP/CRM systems. Ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers through close coordination with the logistics team. Qualifications: 0-2 years in Sales and B2B lead generation. Graduation in any stream. Experience in selling technical products and services in a B2B environment. Proficient in Hindi and Marathi; good listening and speaking skills. Strong negotiation abilities and effective selling skills. Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility. Capable of working independently with a can-do attitude. Ability to develop makeshift solutions independently without requiring a large team.
