Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting site visits, presenting solutions to potential clients, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves liaising with co-operative sector officials to ensure compliance with government regulations and providing feedback to the management team for service improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales and customer service Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify business opportunities Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with co-operative housing society regulations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
