Job Description

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers within an assigned territory and follow up on leads through various methods like cold calls, email, and client visits.
  • Client Meetings & Sales Presentations: Travel to client locations to present products, demonstrate services, and conduct sales pitches to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements, handle client objections, and ultimately close sales deals to generate revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive future sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis: Provide sales reports and forecasts to management, and monitor industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and ensure successful campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
