Field Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding hospitals within assigned districts and promoting our EMI-based medical finance services to hospital owners and staff.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hospital visits to onboard new partners in assigned districts.

Explain and promote EMI-based medical finance services to hospital owners, administrators, and staff.

Achieve monthly hospital onboarding and sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.

Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in medical sales or financial services).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel frequently within assigned districts.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)

Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on achievement of targets.
