Field Sales Representative II

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive for Johnson Controls HVAC / IAQ Product range, your role involves generating sales opportunities in the assigned region across segments such as Commercial, Hospitality, and Health Care. Your primary objective is to convert these opportunities into prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the allotted AOP / Sales Target assigned for the region - Provide accurate forecasts for the month, quarter, and year - Manage and forecast the Sales Pipeline - Develop and deliver sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of JC products to potential customers, consultants, PMC, channel partners, and contractors - Think independently and critically to suggest improvements that could lead to cost savings and improved profitability - Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones with channel partners, end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, etc. - Research the industry and market for competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis to anticipate changes or challenges that could impact sales - Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to ensure comprehensive presentation of all company products and services Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC / IAQ industry - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to think strategically and provide solutions for improving sales performance Join Johnson Controls and be a part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence in serving customers across multiple sectors.,
