Job Description

Job Summary:

Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing B2B clients within the assigned territory.
Promote SRL products and present them effectively to customers.
Generate enquiries and convert them into sales orders.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers to expand business opportunities in the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across educational institutes, universities, pharma companies, and manufacturing industries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with the internal sales and marketing teams.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM or sales dashboards.
Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and events as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong B2B sales and field sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and close sales
Good presentation skills for product promotion
Customer relationship management
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness for extensive fieldwork

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (preferably in chemicals, laboratory products, or industrial sales)
Valid two-wheeler license preferred
