Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively communicating with medical doctors, handling product-related customer queries, and generating maximum prescription sales for the company's range of products in the assigned territory. You will classify medical practitioners into categories and prioritize systematic customer coverage. Additionally, you will participate in sales meetings, conduct group meetings, and stay updated on industry and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Imbibe product-related features and benefits to communicate effectively with medical doctors - Identify key medical practitioners and specialists in the assigned territory for systematic customer coverage - Classify medical practitioners into TPL, RPL, and SPL categories and review sales plans regularly - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies - Prepare and send daily reports on activities, maintain contacts with healthcare facilities, and book orders from retailers - Participate in cycle meetings, sales & marketing meetings, and conventions - Conduct group meetings, speaker programs, and round table meetings for doctors and chemists - Regularly visit chemists to ensure the sale of company products and stay updated on competitors" activities - Maintain quality customer list, develop strong customer relationships, and work collectively with team colleagues - Ensure adequate inventory level with trade partners and follow up on timely collection of outstanding dues - Proper utilization of product samples, detailing aids, and other promotional materials - Adhere to administrative values by submitting reports and completing administrative duties accurately and timely Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field - Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends effectively - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Additional Company Details (if applicable): N/A,
