Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive / Field Officer to join our dynamic solar energy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within the solar industry, strong field experience, and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for solar energy products and solutions in the assigned territory.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for system design and feasibility.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, products, and pricing strategies.
• Report daily/weekly field activities and sales progress to the management team.
• Collaborate with the installation and service team to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the solar.
• Strong understanding of solar power systems and components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Business, or related fields.

Pay: ₹11,384.97 - ₹30,819.46 per month
