Field Sales & Marketing

As a Sales and Marketing professional for a hotel, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, conducting business development activities, and implementing digital marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing pop-up events and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Conduct business development activities to expand the hotel's client base - Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase the hotel's online presence - Handle pop-up events and exhibitions to showcase the hotel's offerings Channels for Marketing: - Engage in B2B marketing with corporate clients and schools for school trips - Conduct B2C marketing with clubs and housing societies to attract individual customers - Promote hotel room sales through travel agents, associations, charters, etc. - Participate in events and shows to increase brand visibility Qualifications and Attributes: - Ability to work independently and proactively - Creative, result-oriented, and with good communication skills - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, or related field - Strong social skills and proficiency in digital marketing - 2-5 years of proven experience working in the hospitality industry This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the hotel's location.,
