Field Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities: Sales:

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and other offline sources.
• Conduct cold calling, door-to-door visits, and area mapping to identify potential customers.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
• Organize and conduct site visits for clients and follow up regularly for closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Marketing:

• Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote residential projects.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material in targeted areas.
• Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams to align on promotions and branding activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM or lead tracker tools.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding pipeline, feedback, and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication in Telugu, English & Hindi
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
• Familiarity with local real estate market and customer preferences.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
