Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:

    Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:

    Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive growth in your assigned region, aligning with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and monitor team performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Foster strong relationships with key clients and business partners in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Market Insights:

    Collect market data, monitor competitor activity, and identify industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, trends, and opportunities. Provide insights to senior management on the performance and challenges of the field team.
  • Recruitment & Training:

    Assist in the recruitment of new sales team members, and provide ongoing training and development to ensure the teams growth and success.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of field sales efforts with broader company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales and sales team management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
